Refund policy

Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return for store credit.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • For exchanges or returns for store credit, contact us at contact@weshype.com. If accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.
  • Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can address the issue.
  • Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, sale items, event tickets, or gift cards.
  • If approved for a return, you'll receive store credit. We don't offer monetary refunds.
  • Event tickets are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are available, except if the event is cancelled. In such cases, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
